- Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Actions Proposals in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements;
- Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Actions in accordance with the production planning;
- Execution of Preventive Maintenance Electrical and Mechanical Actions according to the manufacturers;
- Cleaning of the robot and controller;
- Preventive Maintenance Actions by ROBOPLAN Technicians with solid experience in maintenance of industrial robots;
- Preparation of Technical Intervention Report;
- Maintenance Contract for Priority Assistance and focused to the client’s needs;
- Implementation of the Warranty Extension Proposal for ROBOPLAN’S Robotic Equipment Supply;
- Service carried on working days from 9am to 6pm;
- Service carried on working days from 6am to 9am , from 6pm to 00pm and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm with extra costs in accordance with the legislation in action;
