The HSB is a series of 1-station positioners for workpieces requiring rotation about one axis with a rigid design for high payload capacity and reliable operations
With the media supply running through the fixture disc's centre, fixtures can be designed according to customer needs (e.g. hydraulics, water etc.). To facilitate welding of long parts the positioner can be equipped with a supplementary tailstock, like the free standing SPB-tailstock.
The HSB-series can handle workpieces with a maximum weight of 20.000 kg.
